Patient Access Online Prescriptions
You can request repeat prescription medication using the Patient Access website if you are already registered with this service.
Due to a change in the terms and conditions of this service, new patients are not being registered with the Patient Access Service, which is a third party provider.
All other online prescription requests should be requested via email - prescription.s77248@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk
Your local pharmacy may provide an online ordering service and this is something you can discuss with them.
If you have already registered for our online Prescription Service, please click on www.patientaccess.com and login.
If you are registered with the service and are having any problems accessing your account, please email support@patientaccess.com from the email address you registered your account with. Unfortunately we are unable to reset accounts directly here at the practice.
