Patient Access Online Prescriptions
You can request repeat prescription medication using the Patient Access website.
All other prescriptions must be requested via email - prescription.s77248@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk
If you have already registered for our online Prescription Service, please click on www.patientaccess.com and login.
If you are registered with the service and are having any problems accessing your account, please email support@patientaccess.com from the email address you registered your account with. Unfortunately we are unable to reset accounts directly here at the practice.

You must agree to the terms and conditions before you can register for our online prescription service.
Please download this below and carefully read it before signing it (electronic signature is acceptable) and emailing it to our practice : prescription.s77248@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk
You will then be sent login details.
Please note that this service is only available to patients over the age of sixteen.
