To order your prescriptions -
We can only accept telephone requests for prescriptions from frail, elderly or housebound patients.

Post a paper request through the letterbox at the reception desk.
We restrict telephone requests in order to keep our phone lines as free as possible for patients requiring medical assistance.
Repeat prescriptions take five working days to be processed by the practice, special requests take seven working days. Please remember to give time for your pharmacy to dispense your medication.
Some pharmacies offer a prescription app for your mobile phone that you may find convenient to use.
